The Los Angeles Film School is committed to providing an environment that is conducive to study and which provides academic and support services that will facilitate the achievement of your goals. However, the School recognizes that from time to time students may wish to raise serious concerns regarding the services provided or issues with other members of the school. All grievances are taken seriously and students are not penalized for making a complaint.
Students are encouraged to try and resolve issues informally by talking directly with the instructor, student or other staff member. If you are unable or uncomfortable resolving the issue on your own or you are dissatisfied with the outcome you are encouraged to complete this form. Upon completion and submission, the concern will be reviewed by the Education Administrator who will direct and facilitate the grievance to the appropriate Staff Member(s). Complainants will receive an initial acknowledgement of the submission and a written response will be provided to the student within 30 days of receiving the grievance.
